NORTH CYPRUS
Standing at the crossroads of three continents Cyprus has a vibrant history, a perfect climate and the warmest welcome in the Mediterranean! The North Cyprus coastline is astonishingly beautiful with its ancient harbours where you can dine al-fresco and beaches that stretch for miles, whilst the depths of the crystal-clear azure seas offers many of the region’s best dive sites.
Whilst most of the Mediterranean has succumbed to the excesses of mass tourism, North Cyprus is one of the few places where tourism fits in with the environment, rather than the other way round. The season is long with over 300 days of sunshine and water temperatures ranging from 19°C - 27°C from April through December.

SCUBA DIVING IN NORTH CYPRUS
North Cyprus has long been a holiday makers paradise for the beautiful coastline, beaches, good food and wonderful Turkish hospitality. U-WannaGo takes this experience one step further and invites you to experience the world beneath those crystal clear waters. There will be plenty of opportunities to see turtles, octopus, groupers, and watch out for the beautiful coral and plant life, as well as the sheer walled drop offs and historic wreck sites. See the remains of amphora and other potter dating back several thousands years lying undisturbed on the seabed.
The oldest wreck in the world (carbon dated to 300 BC) was found just off Kyrenia and is now housed at special museum in Kyrenia Castle complete with her cargo. You can choose from twenty diving sites from the east and west of Kyrenia as well as diving safaris to other places along the coast. Most diving takes place from RIB’s which offer an efficient and speedy platform. Dive sites often provide for a layered dive appropriate for all levels of capability
